White Aluminium Oxide is a sandblasting media that is often used on products with softer coatings. It is preferred by many people for use on surfaces that cannot come into contact with other forms of metal oxides, such as brown aluminum oxide. It is often used for microdermabrasion on metal surfaces.
Being a blasting abrasive medium, White aluminum oxide can be recycled many times because of its sharp and hardness & stoutness. The wide application of While Aluminium oxide is extended in blast finishing and surface preparation. As it is harder than other common blasting materials, it can cut the hardest metals in short time with less expensive.
White aluminum oxide blasting media has a wide variety of applications, including cleaning engine heads, valves, pistons and turbine blades in the aircraft and automotive industries. Consistency of Size and cutting speed increases the productivity than other sandblasting media.
The grinding tools made of this material are suitable for fine grinding of high carbon steel, high speed steel and stainless steel. Abrasive powder of finer grit size can also be used for precision casting and high grade refractory.The grit size is consistent and cuts much faster than other sand blasting media, leaving a smoother surface.
